Founding validator program

The Testnet is our international call to banks.

We are inviting thirty independent institutions to operate the banking validator layer of Annurax Chain. Testnet participation is the admission path—not a purchase of voting power.

Admission requirements

Requirements are deliberately operational and institutional. No real-value token deposit is required to join the Testnet.

1

Institutional eligibility

  • Regulated bank or equivalent supervised credit institution
  • Verified legal entity, jurisdiction, LEI and authorised signatory
  • Sanctions and reputational screening
  • Permission to display institution name, country and logo in the public registry
2

Technical capacity

  • Dedicated validator environment with static public connectivity
  • Independent system administration and 24/7 incident contact
  • Bank-generated consensus key; no private key transfer to Superlab
  • Testnet participation, upgrade and recovery exercises
3

Infrastructure diversity

  • Provider, ASN, region and jurisdiction disclosed before admission
  • No shared root account or key custody with another validator
  • Provider concentration limits enforced by the admission policy
  • Separate validator, monitoring and backup responsibilities
4

Operational commitment

  • Target uptime and incident-response service levels
  • Named primary and secondary technical contacts
  • Acceptance of coordinated upgrades and emergency procedures
  • Participation in membership governance and key-rotation drills
Financial requirement: Testnet admission requires no cash or ANRX bond. Before Mainnet, a separate risk-based security arrangement will be approved through a contractual term sheet. Consensus power always remains equal and independent from the amount committed.
What the bank receives

A governed seat, not a rented server.

Each admitted bank takes control of its validator key and infrastructure. The temporary node is retired atomically when the Master Annurax first appointment is applied on-chain.

Application dossier

  • Legal name, jurisdiction, LEI/BIC and regulatory authority
  • Public website and consent to registry disclosure
  • Proposed provider, region, ASN and system specification
  • Key custody, monitoring, backup and incident procedures
  • Executive sponsor and two technical contacts

The public application channel will open with the Testnet announcement. Until then, institutions may prepare this dossier; no funds or private keys should ever be submitted.
